Return Policy

It is so important to us that you love your purchase.  If you are unhappy for any reason, please reach out to us so we can help.  Our policy is as follows:

All ORIGINAL PRICED items that are unworn with tags attached are eligible for a Full Refund within 15 DAYS from purchase date with receipt. Store credit may be issued for returns over 15 days if they are returned within a 30 day window from the original date of purchase.

• Refunds are issued in same payment method received.
  
• Items must be in original condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED: unworn, unwashed, free from damage, stains/smells.
• Receipt, gift receipt, or online invoice with order number must be presented for return.
• Returns without a receipt are subject to manager approval and will only be issued store credit.

ONLINE PURCHASES may be returned in-store or shipped back to Boutique 44 within 15 days of purchase.

1. Email us at returns@boutique44.com with your order number and the item that you wish to return so we can assist you with the process. 
   • If the item is damaged, we will either refund you or send you a replacement. 
   • If the item didn't fit, we may be able to offer an exchange if we have the size available in store.
2. Pack your item. Include your packing slip/invoice with the order number and ship to our store:

   • Bel Air, MD 21014
3. Once we receive your item, we will check for any signs of wear/damage.
4. Refund or store credit will be issued within 2 business days of receipt of merchandise. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
   • Customers are responsible for any shipping fees associated with returns.
   • We do not reimburse any shipping payments made with the original purchase.

Please note; Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.  Returns of final sale merchandise will not be issued refunds or credit and will not be returned to you.
